We take client confidentiality seriously and it informs how we design our services, including the Private Intensive & High-Confidentiality Pathway. However, we do not promise absolute secrecy in any circumstance. Standard clinical, legal, safeguarding and — where relevant — cross-border requirements apply, and there are limited circumstances in which we may be required or permitted to disclose information, including where there is a serious risk to health or safety. These are discussed directly with clients as part of the informed-consent process.
