Overview
Support for people affected by someone else's active addiction or recovery. There is no one-size-fits-all rulebook — every family's situation is different, and consultations are shaped around yours.
Sessions help families understand the situation, reduce uncertainty, and consider options; prepare for or facilitate an intervention where appropriate; set healthy boundaries; process the emotional burden; and develop a practical self-care plan.

Frequently asked questions
How can I help someone who won't accept they have a problem?
You can't force change, but how you respond makes a real difference. Support for family focuses on clear boundaries, calmer conversations and looking after yourself, so you aren't carrying it alone.
Can I come even if my family member won't?
Yes. Many families start with support for themselves. Your wellbeing matters, and your changes often affect the whole situation.
Is family support only for parents and partners?
No. Adult children, siblings, partners and close friends are all welcome.
